Do I have to register to place an order?

No, you do not have to register an account with us to place an order. However, if you plan to make future purchases it will expedite your process.

Yes, we know your privacy and security is important to you. Beana Baby never shares any of our customers confidential information. Our secure servers use an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to protect all of customers information that are sent via the web.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, most items are returnable within 30 days from the date of the original order. All items must be unwashed and in original condition. Guest will receive a gift certificate for the full value of the return less a 10% re-stocking fee & less the original shipping charge to be used at the boutique. Please note if you purchased an item with free shipping there will be a $7.00 fee taken from your credit for the original shipping cost.  For the safety of our guests certain items are non-refundable and will be noted on their individual page. All custom. personalized, and special occassion orders are non-refundable. No tutu sets or tutu dresses are refundable as these are special occasion orders.

How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 7-10 business days; some custom orders may take longer and it will be noted on the product page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently Beana Baby processes all credit card transactions via Paypal; you do not need to have a Paypal account to complete you transaction simply follow the instructions at check-out. Paypal is a very secure credit card processing company. If you wish to pay with a money order or cashiers check please contact us prior to placing your order.

How will you ship my order?

All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes, for your convenience you can purchase a gift certificate at any time by visiting the gift certificate link at the top of the page. How will I know my proper sizing?
