Beana Baby Return Policy

Most items are returnable within 30 days from the date of the original order. All items must be unwashed and in original condition.

Guest will receive a gift certificate for the full value of the return less a 10% re-stocking fee & less the original shipping charge to be used at the boutique.

Please note if you purchased an item with free shipping there will be a $7.00 fee taken from your credit for the original shipping cost.  For the safety of our guests certain items are non-refundable and will be noted on their individual page.

All custom. personalized, and special occassion orders are non-refundable. No tutu sets or tutu dresses are refundable as these are special occasion orders.
