Beana Baby Boutique sends all of packages thru the United States Postal Service.

We offer several different shipping timeframes at check out so you may expedite your order if you need to.

Our standard arrival time is 7-10 business days. Please allow extra delivery time for all hand painted items.

Please note we will ship all packages in plenty of time for the scheduled delivery date. We can not be responsible for packages once we have shipped them. We do understand that this is sometimes frustrating however once we send a package it out of our control if the package is delayed due to postal service issues. We will not issue any refunds for shipping problems due to mail carrier problems.

All international orders should arrive within 14-21 days from the date of the order. We can not guarantee this timeframe due to possible delays with customs in your country. All international packages are shipped First Class International which does not allow for tracking between countries. We are unable to issue any type of refund or credit on international orders.

Any packages that are over-nighted are guaranteed ; otherwise this is an expected delivery date and we will always allow plenty of time for delivery.

We can not be responsible for packages shipped to invalid addresses and will be unable to refund any customized order that is returned for invalid address.
